Form Workshop is a private training space in Bentonville, Arkansas centered on intentional movement and thoughtful programming.

 

We focus on form, intention, and consistency - helping you learn how to move well and feel confident in your body. Our classes are small so your coach knows you, sees you, and supports your progress.

 

This is a closed, membership-based community built on encouragement, accountability, and real work.
